Noelle Naito, 18, made her orchestral debut at age nine with the Kostroma Symphony Orchestra (Russia). She was selected as a Student Artist in the 2019 Starling-Delay Symposium at the Juilliard School, and has appeared on WFMT, Chicago "Introductions." Noelle resides in Elkridge, MD.
